I just purchased my first car from Budds' Subaru. I was very nervous going into the whole experience, but spoke with Justin Taylor on the phone, he answered all of my many questions and helped me narrow down exactly what I was looking for.The next day I met with Will Hooper, he went above and beyond to make sure I was confident in my decision and set me up completely with an Outback that I already love and am so excited to drive. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I had scheduled a service recall for my WRX for the morning of July 3, 2020. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency and could not make the scheduled appointment. I called Aaron from Budd's Subaru to try and schedule another appointment. He was able to schedule me for another time on that day! I was very happy that Budd's Subaru was able to accommodate me. The work was performed on my car and was cleaned spotless before it was returned to me. The staff was amazing (as always). I will always choose Budd's.
