What are we looking for? Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is committed to customer happiness; a car is usually the second largest purchase someone will make after their home. We want someone who customers can depend on to be there & support them during their purchase journey.  Sales experience is a plus but we are more inclined to train a hard working driven individual then someone who has experience with no drive.

Job Duties:

  • Educate customers on the product & features
  • Facilitate the buying process for customers
  • Schedule your own appointments
  • Follow-up with customers via e-mail, phone, text
  • Keep an organized CRM of all past and current customers
  • Strive for customer happiness before, during and after a sale

Good to haves:

  • G License
  • OMVIC License – we will help you acquire this if you don’t have one!
  • Sales background or sales knowledge in any industry is wonderful, but not a requirement
  • Patience
  • Self-motivated
  • Knowledge of social media

Salary: $50,000+ is average for your first year, but this is 100% commission and the limit does not exist!

Our hours are:

Monday – Thursday 9am-9pm

Friday 9am-6pm
Saturday 9am-5pm

Sunday CLOSED

Shifts would be dependant on current sales schedule. An example of a current schedule is:

Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday
OFF 11:00am-7:30PM 9am-5pm 9am-5pm 1pm-8:30pm OFF 9am-5pm
