Word On The Street Says…

Electric Subaru To Be Released?

That an all electric Subaru is due out in 2021. A Japanese newspaper suggests that a Subaru source claims they are hoping to release an electric CUV. A CUV that will be based on the Forester or Outback platform.

While Subaru is being hush hush on the details, we can assume this car will be built on Subaru’s new Global Platform. Electric and All Wheel Drive? Win-win!

It’s Been A Wild (But, Safe and Reliable) Ride!

We have been immensely proud to represent Subaru’s safety, reliability, and practicality, over the years, not to mention its’ growth. However, it’s now official: Subaru Is Sexy.

Subaru Growth | Budds' Subaru

Subaru is seeing it’s best growth ever as it aims for its 6th consecutive annual sales record. This is the only brand to achieve that feat. Subaru has also marked 33 straight months of sales growth. In response, the Japanese automaker has re-adjusted its 2014 sales forecast to 500,000 vehicles, which is a major milestone. Subaru ranks ahead of GMC, Volkswagen, and Mercedes-Benz in year-to-date sales, just to name a few.

Subaru’s rock-solid reputation has been the foundation for success across the lineup, but exploding demand for compact and mid-size “crossover” SUVs has been the real catalyst.

The segment-leading Subaru Forester leads the pack with 105,356 units sold, and the Subaru Outback trails only slightly with 85,951 units sold.
